Your new service is automatically put in the correct place and added to the Services menu. Drag & drop a mounted network drive into the login items list. To use it, select the text you want to save in a text file, then run your new Automator app. It works on one image file or multiple files. Go to File > Save and give the service a name. Then right-click and go to Services and choose from the list. In the list of actions (second from left), scroll down and choose Scale Images. Select your user name from the list and then click the Login Items tab. From the Library in the left column, click on Photos to narrow the available actions. Go to File > Save and give the service a name. Once you are connected to the network drive we can set up automatic connections upon logging into the Mac: Open System Preferences and click on Users & Groups.To replace an existing file with the one you create, check the Replacing existing files box in the Move Finder Items action box.Select the folder you want to move the resulting PDF file to from the To dropdown list. Drag the Move Finder Items action from the middle column to the bottom of the workflow. ![]()
